P&O Ferries terminal Hull

The P&O Ferries Passenger Terminal is located at King George Dock on Hedon Road, on the eastern side of Hull. It is a modern facility designed to accommodate foot passengers, motorists, and freight traffic.

Foot passengers can check in at the counters inside the main departure hall. The check-in desks and passport control are located on the ground floor, after which passengers proceed to the ship via a covered walkway.

Motorists, however, do not need to enter the terminal building. Drivers can check in directly from their vehicle using the drive-through check-in booths, where booking details and passports are verified before boarding. The terminal has a clear layout, with separate lanes for cars, lorries, motorbikes, and coaches.

Inside the terminal building, you will find:

  • Waiting areas with seating
  • Toilets and baby changing facilities
  • A small café/snack bar for drinks and light refreshments
  • A cash machine (ATM)
  • Information screens showing departure and arrival times
